分會規則與準則：
資格： Open to students aged 12–18 who are interested in improving their public speaking and communication skills.
參與： Attend at least two sessions per month and actively engage in speaking activities and discussions.
尊重： Foster a respectful atmosphere where all members are encouraged to speak and be heard.
準備工作： Prepare speeches or presentations ahead of time to practice and deliver them during meetings.
合作： Provide constructive feedback to peers and work together to improve speaking skills.
