Eligibility: Open to students aged 12–18 at any language level.

Participation: Members should attend at least two sessions per month and contribute actively.

Respect: All participants must respect different cultures, dialects, and learning paces.

Language Use: Members are encouraged to use Spanish as much as possible during meetings.

Preparedness: Complete short readings, vocabulary lists, or assignments before practice sessions.

Inclusivity: No teasing or correcting others in a negative way—learning a language takes patience and support.

Digital Conduct: Be on time, stay muted when not speaking, and follow netiquette in the online environment.

Creativity: Bring enthusiasm and creativity to group activities and cultural events.

Feedback: Provide and accept feedback with a positive and constructive attitude.

Consequences: Repeated rule violations or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the club.
