クラブの規則とガイドライン
参加資格 Open to students aged 12–18 who are either willing to tutor or seeking academic support.
尊敬する： All members must treat each other with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
コミットメント Tutors are expected to commit to at least one session per week and prepare accordingly.
婚約： Tutees should attend sessions on time, be prepared with questions, and actively participate.
守秘義務： Personal academic struggles discussed in sessions must remain private and respected.
コラボレーション Encourage open dialogue and learning from both sides—tutors are not expected to have all the answers.
責任がある： Communicate ahead of time if you need to reschedule a session.
成長マインドセット： Focus on progress over perfection and celebrate small wins.
Zero Tolerance: Any form of rudeness, academic dishonesty, or inappropriate behavior will lead to disciplinary action.
