について 法律研究クラブ is an online academic club designed for students aged 14–18 who are interested in the law, legal systems, and careers in justice. This club provides an engaging environment for future lawyers, policymakers, and advocates to explore fundamental legal concepts, analyze real-world cases, and build essential skills in reasoning, debate, and ethical analysis.
何を探求し、何を学ぶか：
- 憲法、刑法・民法、国際法、人権といった基礎的なテーマを扱う週次セッション
- 画期的な裁判所の判決と著名な法的論争の事例研究
- 模擬裁判、法律討論、および模擬法廷シミュレーションにおいて、参加者が弁護士、裁判官、陪審員として役割を演じる
- 法的研究と文書作成ワークショップ：主張の構築、ブリーフ作成、法的見解の書き方を学ぶ
- 弁護士、裁判官、法学者、法科大学院生を含むゲストスピーカーがキャリアアドバイスと知見を共有する
- 現在の法的問題、公共政策、および法と技術・社会の交差点に関する議論
クラブの規則とガイドライン
- 参加資格 Open to students aged 14–18 with a strong interest in law and justice.
- 出席： Members must attend at least two sessions per month to remain in good standing.
- 参加する： Active involvement in discussions, debates, and mock activities is expected.
- 尊敬する： Respect differing opinions and uphold civil, constructive dialogue during sensitive legal discussions.
- 誠実さ： Plagiarism or misrepresentation will not be tolerated; all sources must be cited properly.
- 準備だ： Members should come prepared by reading assigned cases or materials before each session.
- コラボレーション Students should support each other during group simulations, research, and presentations.
- デジタルの行動 Online behavior should reflect professionalism and maturity in all communications.
- 守秘義務： Members should not share screenshots or recordings from club sessions without permission.
- その結果： Violations of rules may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the club.
