Group Description
The Digital Storytelling Club is an exciting online community for students aged 13–18 who want to explore the power of multimedia storytelling. Whether you’re interested in combining video, audio, text, or images, this club offers you the opportunity to create captivating stories using a variety of digital tools.
What We Do:
- Weekly sessions focused on the art of storytelling, narrative structure, and audience engagement
- Hands-on workshops where members learn to use video editing software, podcasting tools, and digital animation apps
- Monthly projects that encourage the creation of multimedia stories, such as digital documentaries, web series, audio dramas, and photo essays
- Guest talks from digital storytellers, filmmakers, podcasters, and multimedia artists
- Peer review and feedback sessions where members share their stories and offer constructive critiques
- Collaborative projects, like creating a digital magazine, online documentary, or short web series
- Opportunities to showcase your digital stories on the platform or in online contests
Club Rules and Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to students aged 13–18 who are passionate about storytelling and digital media.
- Respect: Give constructive feedback and respect everyone’s creative process.
- Originality: Submit original content or properly attribute external materials.
- Participation: Attend at least two sessions per month and contribute to one group project each term.
