En Literary Magazine Club is a creative online community for students aged 13–18 passionate about writing and publishing. Whether you’re a poet, short story writer, or essayist, this club provides a space to express yourself through words and showcase your work in a professionally curated digital magazine.
Lo que hacemos:
- Weekly writing workshops focused on poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, and essays
- Writing prompts and exercises to spark creativity and help you develop your voice
- Group critiques where members share their work and give constructive feedback
- Collaboration on the monthly digital literary magazine, featuring members’ written pieces
- Editing sessions to polish submissions, focusing on grammar, structure, and style
- Guest authors, poets, and editors who offer insights into the writing and publishing process
- Special themed editions of the magazine (e.g., Nature, Identity, Dreams)
- Opportunities for members to submit their work to literary contests or external publications
Normas y directrices del club:
- Elegibilidad: Open to students aged 13–18 who enjoy writing and want to improve their craft.
- Respeto: Offer thoughtful and respectful feedback during group critiques.
- Originalidad: Submit only original work or properly cite any external sources.
- Participación: Attend at least two sessions per month and contribute at least one piece for publication each term.
