        Tina changed the description of the group Group logo of Journalism ClubJournalism Club from “The Journalism Club is an engaging online hub for students aged 13–18 who are passionate about current events, writing, research, and reporting. This club cultivates the next generation of digital journalists, editors, and media professionals by offering hands-on experience in crafting articles, conducting interviews, and publishing original content on a student-led online platform.
        What We Do:

        Weekly workshops on news writing, feature writing, opinion pieces, and investigative reporting

        Lessons in journalistic ethics, fact-checking, bias recognition, and responsible sourcing

        Guest sessions with journalists, editors, and media professionals

        Monthly publication of a digital student newspaper or blog covering school, community, and global topics

        Interview training and real interview opportunities with local leaders or experts

        Peer editing, headline writing contests, and layout design activities

        Field assignments like covering virtual events or writing book and movie reviews

        Special projects on media literacy and how to recognize misinformation online

        Club Rules and Guidelines:

        Eligibility: Open to students aged 13–18 interested in journalism, media, or communications.

        Integrity: All work must be original, factual, and free from plagiarism.

        Respect: Handle sensitive topics and interviewees with professionalism and empathy.

        Participation: Attend weekly meetings and contribute to at least one article or media project per month.

        Teamwork: Collaborate with editors, designers, and writers in a timely, respectful manner.

        Constructive Feedback: Give and receive critiques with the goal of improving content quality.

        Deadlines: Meet submission deadlines for stories, edits, and layout responsibilities.

        Confidentiality: Do not share unpublished stories or quotes without proper consent.

        Media Conduct: Uphold journalistic standards both in and outside the club.
